2 months

At 2 months, she is:
...growing so fast! Every day I think she's bigger. It was as if one day she only fit in her newborn clothes, and I wondered if she'd ever get to the 0-3 months; the next day, she only fit in those loooooong-looking 0-3 months and the newborn clothes were destined for the Rubbermaid storage bin.

...smiling!  She even smiled today at the ultrasound technician (she had a hip ultrasound...normal routine for breech babies...all is well).  She's so sneaky with them that I can hardly get a picture, but here's two of my more successful attempts.

...starting to (just in the last few days or so, and sometimes I wonder if I'm making this up and it's just a coincidence) bat at and reach for her toys.  She loves her playmat, and occasionally she'll grab on to the rings by accident - but she hangs on and watches them for a long time!

...still sleepy! She either takes one long marathon nap a day, where she'll nap, wake up, eat, and nap again; or she'll take a few shorter (hour-ish) naps throughout the day.  She's starting to sleep a little longer at night. (Hooray!)  There were a few nights where she went for 7 hour stretches.

Every day I'm feeling very blessed to be her mommy.
